主要结构及工作原理：

该机采用单洗涤缸单水泵洗涤、由不锈钢箱体、洁洗系统、漂洗系统、传送系统、电气控缸系统等组成。

     该机通过传送系统由传送系统将碗碟等首先进人预清洗区 ，由上下喷洗臂喷洗涤温水进行预清洗．去除碗碟表面污渍然后进入洁洗区，由上下喷洗臂喷清洗热水进行清洗彻底清除油渍等，最后进入净水漂洗除去表面的污水，达到洗净的要求，洗净的碗碟从出口端取出。设有内开天、进水阀、进汽阀、温控仪、等确保了设备的正常运转。
