1、 品种:纤维棉分为:无硅纤维棉,半硅纤维棉,有硅纤维棉.
① 无硅纤维棉(不含硅油,棉不滑):主要用于喷胶棉生产使用.
② 半硅棉:主要用于床上用品或沙发座垫.
③ 有硅棉(滑棉,手感棉,弹性强):适合沙发,座垫,玩具,床上用品,汽车填充产品等使用.
2、 规格:
① 1D-25D×32-64:D代表纤维棉粗细,数字越大,棉的直径越粗,通常6D以下为细纤维,手感较好,15D以上为粗纤维,弹性较强(如:家具厂,玩具厂通常用7D,15D棉较多)
② 28-32-51-64mm为纤维棉长度:28mm,32mm为短纤(如7D×32)适合机器填充:51mm,64mm为长纤(如15D×64),长纤弹性较好,可使用松棉充棉组合机填充.25
3、 级别:
① A:一个A为二维国产公仔PP棉,手感柔软,弹性一般(适合档次要求不高的产品使用:如玩具,沙发等产品).
② AA:二个A为国产三维螺丝棉,手感柔软,弹性好(适合中高档产品使用:如玩具,沙发,座垫,床上用品).
③ AAA:三个A为进口三维螺丝棉,手感柔软,弹性强(适合高档产品使用).
